- Minimum 1 year of working experience in the service industry will be an added advantage for this position
- Fresh graduates who are interested to start their career in a call center are also encouraged to apply (Full Training Provided will be provided)
- Willing to work on rotational shifts including night shifts and off day (Each shift consists of 9 working hours and inclusive of 1 hour lunch for rest)
- Willing to work in Ara Damansara, Selangor or Johor Baharu
- Process client requests and solve issues via inbound phone call, chats and email by navigating multiple programs while paying attention to accuracy and detail.
- Escalate the issue to the appropriate specialist when needed via CRM tools.
- Update clients on their request status accordingly.
- Achieve quarterly KPI targets set by the CS manager.
- Perform other ad hoc tasks assigned by the manager.
- KPI Allowance: RM400
- Night Shift Allowance: RM300
- 6th Day allowance: RM300
