Duties: - To assist the EAM / Director of Food & Beverage in the overall administration and operation of the Chinese F&B Division in respective outlets, to maximize revenues and profits. To ensure maintenance of quality standards, staff performance and customer satisfaction. To establish and maintain Shangri-La's position as the leading Chinese restaurant / Banquet location in town. Requirements: - Pleasant personality and well groomed. Diploma in Food and Beverage / hospitality management or equivalent. Minimum 2-3 years' experience as Assistant Manager in an International class hotel capacity. To have complete knowledge on the Chinese food / beverage / service available in respective outlets. Monitor and ensure smooth operations of the Chinese business division. Effective participation in co-ordinating and controlling departments. Ability to work positively in a fast-paced environment. Due to work pass restriction, only citizens of Malaysia and Permanent Residents of Malaysia shall be considered.
