1. Accountable for end-to-end management of campaigns (design, execution & tracking) for assigned businesses:
- Work with respective business stakeholders on campaign design and financial model of each campaign
- Execute campaigns and ensure accuracy of extraction
- Conduct post campaign analysis, provide insights and recommend improvements
- Drive AI/ML model adoption and effectiveness
- Synthesize large quantum of data (sales, credit and risk parameters) and identify opportunities
- Expand acquisition & x-sell base through insights on risk, credit & other parameters
- Co-design new solutions to drive strategic business KPIs
- Collating various data sources from but not limited to external parties (Insurers, Aggregators, Partners), internal data providers (FEDX, Business Users, Host Systems), PDW and any new data streams made available by the organisation
- Ensure all required data used for subsequent internal processes are delivered timely
- Maintain internal datamarts which includes data quality control and regular housekeeping
- Develop accurate and timely consolidated reports for better business management
- Continuously improve operational efficiency and process effectiveness
- Ensure effective management of operational risks within the function
- Comply with applicable internal policies, and external laws and regulations
- Champion and act as role model of the group’s values
- Drive an environment of collaboration, both within CPBB Banking and across the wider Group, to ensure issues are raised and blockages are resolved in a timely manner
- Interpret the Group’s financial information, identify key issues based on this information and put in place appropriate controls and measures.
- Ensure data security and data sharing through secured channels e.g. SharePoint in password protected files.
- Awareness and understanding of the regulatory framework, in which the Group operates, and the regulatory requirements and expectations relevant to the role
- Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group’s Values and Code of Conduct.
- Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. This includes understanding and ensuring compliance with, in letter and spirit, all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines and the Group Code of Conduct.
