With operations spanning multiple countries, the company fosters innovation, continuous improvement, and a strong commitment to excellence.JOB RESPONSIBILITIESLead and participate in quality planning initiatives using advanced tools such as FMEA, control plans, and reliability principles to ensure product requirements are met or exceeded.Develop and maintain quality control systems, conduct internal and external audits, and manage supplier quality performance.Drive continuous improvement in products, processes, and cost efficiency through structured problem-solving and data analysis.Collaborate with quality team to resolve defined issues and provide engineering support.Design and deliver quality training programs across organizational functions to enhance awareness and capability.Facilitate process improvement activities using Lean tools and methodologies, including Kaizen events and value stream mapping.JOB REQUIREMENTS

Possesses Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering or Applied Science in relevant discipline.

Preferably with at least 5 years of working experience in Quality Engineering role in Manufacturing industry.

Knowledgeable in problem solving approaches and quality tools (e.g. Control Plan, FMEA, 8D, CAPA, FAI, SPC etc.).

Good knowledge in ISO9001, ISO14001, certification in ASQ CQE would be a plus. * Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.Interested candidates are welcomed to apply online.#LI-JACMY
