- Interview Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule interviews (phone, video, and in-person) across multiple time zones. Manage changes, cancellations, and rescheduling requests promptly and professionally.
- Calendar Management: Send out calendar invitations and manage interview schedules efficiently.
- Logistics Coordination: Book interview rooms, coordinate candidate travel (if required), and ensure all interview logistics are handled smoothly.
- Communication: Clearly communicate interview details and updates to candidates, interview panels, TA Partners, and other relevant stakeholders. Send follow-up communications post-interview.
- Tracking & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of interview schedules and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) accordingly.
- Problem Solving: Proactively address scheduling conflicts or issues that may arise.
- Data Integrity: Ensure all scheduling data is accurate and up to date within relevant systems.
- Candidate Experience: Engage with candidates professionally and warmly, representing the Ingredion Employment Brand and ensuring a positive experience throughout the TA process.
