Where you fit The Information Management Coordinator who is part of the ASSET IM processing team, is an Information Management specialist responsible for managing As Built document and data flow coming from projects, plant changes and other information streams coming in through the R&M organization. For projects and plant changes doc/ data is controlled by standardized approaches (BBS and DDSF). For the R&M organization a large variety of information is managed in a structured way. The IM coordinator manages the bulk data /doc handling for all project, plant changes and ongoing matters for the R&M organization. The above-mentioned activities are covered in a set of IM BBS procedures. What's the role Support Project and plant change teams in developing PDDP's (project Doc Data Plan) and/or DDSF (Doc Data Scope Form) Ensure project and plant changes deliver according DDSF and report deviations to PM / PCE. Coordinate As built doc/data workflow between Shell PM and EPC including doc/tag reservations, specifying doc/data requirements. Act as gate keeper for Project managers and PCE's for timely processing of information and pro-actively intervene in case of non-delivery. Manage data mutation work in the various tools (ASSAI, GSAP, AIM-A, w-IMS, SPI etc.) Generate KPI reports to manage quality and timely processing of information. Act as focal point for one of the used systems (AMF, IM PORTAL, ADO, GSAP, ASSAI, AIM-A, Kogni-twin etc.). Overtime support ASSET team with reviewing, updating or development of applicable BBS procedures / instructions. Monitor quality of delivered doc/data according to the applicable BBS. Role requirement Bachelors/ masters level qualification in Engineering or equal working experience. Total experience - at least 3 years to 5 years Experienced user of software tools like GSAP, ASSAI, AIM-A, w-IMS, SPI etc. General knowledge of refining business from an IM perspective. Basic understanding of Project Life cycle, its different Phases and P2A handover process Ability to coordinate work, leadership skills: Deliver thru others. Fluent in English. Experienced MS Office software user (e.g. Excel, Access). Team player. Accurate and high focus to quality of process and content Shift work following operating hours of the Downstream operation units across the globe. The role needs to have min hours of overlap with Europe region based on the business need - mostly 2 PM - 11 PM shift based on KL working hours. Virtual working with key stakeholders for day-to-day operations Effective initiative to identify and help resolve business and technical issues within areas of responsibility. A self-starter and reliable person, with good verbal and written skills in English.
