The Reporting & Analytics Specialist will leverage data to create actionable insights and develop reports to support decision-making. You'll support the design and implementation of analytics tools, create insightful reports, develop dashboards, and work closely with stakeholders to resolve issues and improve processes.

Develop and deliver reports and dashboards that meet business needs
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather data requirements
Analyze data trends and identify root causes of changes
Support automation and process improvement initiatives
Manage ad-hoc reporting requests and monitor performance against SLAs

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
2+ years in BI and reporting, SAP Analytics Cloud experience preferred
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach
Skilled in problem-solving, multitasking, and meeting deadlines
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Strategic thinker with a passion for continuous improvement
