- Expand market share and drive sales growth within the Water Treatment (WT) and Chemical Process (CPI) segments.
- Identify and convert new business opportunities with OEMs, EPCs, and industrial clients.
- Provide front-line support to the sales team through application-specific knowledge, site visits, training, and product recommendations.
- Track project pipelines and offer solutions tailored to specific application needs.
- Collaborate with Product Management to close product gaps and develop competitive proposals.
- Raise awareness of the brand's industrial product portfolio in non-Microelectronics markets.
- Manage key accounts and contribute to long-term relationships with WT/CPI customers.
- Coordinate with inside sales on pre-sales and post-sales support to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- A degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Automation, or Process Engineering preferred).
- 3 to 5 years of experience in B2B technical sales, preferably in water treatment or chemical process applications.
- Strong understanding of project-based sales cycles and industrial procurement processes.
- Comfortable interpreting technical drawings/designs and discussing solutions with engineers and clients.
- Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced setting.
- Independent, reliable, and solution-focused - with a collaborative approach to teamwork.
- Willingness to travel across Malaysia, including East Malaysia, for client visits and support.
- Competitive annual salary in the range of MYR 88,000 to MYR 96,000, plus allowances.
