Key Responsibilities Work closely with the Test Manager, Test Lead, and Business Users to ensure smooth end-to-end testing delivery. Ensure complete test coverage across both functional and non-functional requirements . Execute manual and automated test cases , validate software quality, and raise detailed defect reports via JIRA. Manage a team of testers and oversee deliverables across multiple projects (2-3 at a time). Provide guidance and enforce best practices in usage of JIRA, Confluence, and Zephyr . Maintain detailed and traceable test documentation aligned to business requirements. Proactively contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes and standards. Requirements 5-8 years of experience in software testing within the banking or financial services domain . Minimum 3 years in a senior/lead testing role , with demonstrated leadership of test teams. Strong understanding of STLC , test planning, execution, and defect management. Proven experience in handling multiple enterprise-scale testing projects simultaneously . Mandatory tools knowledge: JIRA, Confluence (Zephyr is a plus). Strong documentation, reporting, and communication skills. Availability for extended hours during critical delivery phases.
