Job Description We are looking for a DevOps Intern who is passionate about cloud technologies, automation, and infrastructure. This internship is an excellent opportunity for a motivated student or recent graduate to gain hands-on experience in real-world DevOps practices, particularly in an Azure cloud environment. As a DevOps Intern at FinHero, you'll work closely with experienced DevOps Engineers and software developers to learn, build, and improve our development and deployment processes. Responsibilities Assist in managing and maintaining cloud infrastructure on Microsoft Azure (VMs, App Services, Azure Functions, Storage Accounts, etc.). Support the implementation and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions. Help configure and troubleshoot Docker containers and assist in maintaining containerized environments. Write simple scripts in PowerShell, Bash, or Python to automate routine tasks. Assist in system monitoring, logging, and alerting using tools like Azure Monitor, Application Insights, or Grafana. Help maintain internal documentation related to infrastructure and DevOps practices. Learn and follow best practices in security, scalability, and performance. Support the DevOps team in handling day-to-day operational issues and deployments. Requirements Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field. Basic understanding of cloud computing concepts, preferably with some exposure to Microsoft Azure. Familiarity with Linux or Windows server environments. Interest in DevOps tools and processes such as CI/CD, automation, scripting, and infrastructure-as-code. Some experience with version control systems like Git. Good problem-solving skills, eagerness to learn, and ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment. Bonus: Exposure to Docker, GitHub Actions, or scripting in Bash/PowerShell.
