- Proficient in English and Chinese is a must, while Malay language would be an added point for out consideration as we work with few Government-Linked Company
- Education level is not out first priority if possess at least 1-2 years working experience
- Plan, set up, and manage paid media campaigns on meta platforms & Google.
- Monitor real-time ad performance daily.
- Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, copies, and landing pages.
- Optimize campaigns based on key metrics: CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, ROAS.
- Generate weekly and monthly performance reports using Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and Google Ads dashboard.
- Analyze campaign data to provide insights and strategic recommendations.
- Present results clearly to internal teams or clients, highlighting wins and improvements.
- Coordinate with designers and copywriters to develop high-performing creatives.
- Ensure brand consistency while maximizing ad effectiveness.
- Monitor ad spend closely and ensure campaigns stay within allocated budgets.
- Forecast monthly spending and expected lead/conversion targets.
- Work closely with sales or CRM teams to assess the quality of leads generated.
- Adjust targeting or messaging to improve lead relevance and conversion potential.
