Key Responsibilities We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Event Manager to join our team in TTDI, Kuala Lumpur. This role is ideal for a resourceful professional with a proven track record in planning and executing successful events, from strategy to execution. Serve as the key liaison for clients, providing exceptional service from initial engagement to post-event follow-up. Understand client objectives and translate them into effective, creative, and feasible event concepts and experiences. Plan and manage events end-to-end, including timelines, budgeting, logistics, and on-site coordination. Lead internal and external meetings to align expectations, manage updates, and ensure seamless communication across all stakeholders. Collaborate with suppliers, venues, and vendors to source quotations, negotiate terms, conduct site visits, and manage production requirements. Oversee the build-up, execution, and teardown of events while ensuring compliance with safety standards and operational best practices. Work closely with internal teams, including creative, design, and production, to deliver events that meet brand and quality standards. Monitor project progress, proactively solve issues, and ensure deliverables are met within scope, time, and budget. Nurture client relationships by consistently delivering value, anticipating needs, and identifying opportunities for future events. Support the team in developing event proposals, pitch decks, and post-event reports that reflect the impact and success of each event. Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and creative formats to enhance event experiences and client offerings. Contribute to a collaborative and high-performance team culture through proactive communication, accountability, and knowledge sharing. Qualifications Minimum of 5 years' experience in managing corporate events, brand activations, or experiential marketing campaigns. Strong project management, budgeting, and time management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities in English. Confident in handling multiple priorities and delivering under pressure. Familiar with vendor management, site inspection, permit applications, and production timelines. Meticulous attention to detail with a solution-oriented mindset. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when required. Show more Show less
