Job Description: FPSO/FSO Contract SpecialistLocation: Kuala LumpurJob Description:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced FPSO/FSO Contract Specialist to join our team in Malaysia. In this role, you will be responsible for managing contracts related to Floating Production, Storage, and Offloading (FPSO) and Floating Storage and Offloading (FSO) vessels in the renewable energy sector. You will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure that contracts are negotiated, executed, and managed effectively.Key Responsibilities:
  • Reviewing and negotiating contract terms and conditions related to FPSO/FSO operations
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
  • Managing contract performance and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to achieve project goals
  • Providing support and guidance on contract-related matters
Required Skills and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in contract management, preferably in the energy industry
  • Strong understanding of FPSO/FSO operations and related contracts
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
