Job ID: HRC0714750Job descriptionIn your new role you will:
- Technical Lead process engineering and production support for one selected assigned area in semiconductor.
- Drive quality KPI, solve yield issues in the cleanroom, lead excursion prevention.
- Process optimization, on key input variable control for critical process control.
- Lead and ensure the robustness of processes with Advance Process Control (APC), Statistical Process Control (SPC), Auto-feedback system and other process control tools.
- Lead teams and work closely with development and integration to help define process solutions on products.
- Lead tools installations as well as process & technology transfers to meet company targets, following standard process & tool release business flow.
- Support production ramp.
- Exercises judgment in selecting methods, techniques, DMAIC knowledge and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.
- Lead and Act independently to determine method sand procedures on new or special assignments.
- Lead and Work on Productivity improvement and Cost down improvement.
- Lead cross functional Projects to support Production.
- Lead Manufacturing to resolve production issues and reduce production line disruptions.
- Perform or lead Process FMEA, risk assessment of process changes, with proper process change management.
- Manage recipe and procedural control.
- Develop and maintain process & operation specifications, Out of Control Action Plan (OCAP), and training certification.
- Guide and Develop senior Engineer.
- Degree / Master / PhD4 year technical degree in an engineering discipline (Electrical, Mechanical, Computer Science, Materials Engineering, Industrial Engineering and other related areas)
- In depth understanding of Process knowledge, material and System knowledge expert. Good knowledge of related areas where there are regular interfaces.
- Daily and constant communication with team, management, and other related areas locally with strong technical focus.
