- Collaborate with HR and management teams to assess employee engagement needs and identify areas for improvement.
- Plan and execute employee events, activities, and recognition programs to celebrate achievements and foster a sense of belonging.
- Conduct surveys, feedback sessions, and focus groups to gather insights and measure employee engagement levels.
- Analyze data and feedback to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for enhancing employee engagement.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and team leaders on fostering a positive work environment and promoting employee engagement.
- Act as a liaison between employees and management, advocating for employee needs and concerns.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices related to employee engagement and workplace culture.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of employee engagement initiatives with organizational goals and values.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or related field.
- Proven experience in employee engagement, HR, or related role.
- Strong understanding of employee engagement principles, strategies, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative and engaging employee programs and initiatives.
- Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify actionable insights.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

- Certification in employee engagement or related field is a plus.
