Handle cash management and daily sales reconciliation. Drive individual and team sales performance to meet and exceed targets. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide feedback to the team to ensure targets are met. Team Supervision & Development Supervise and train Sales Associates/Agents, ensuring adherence to sales processes and customer service standards. Lead the team effectively during assigned shifts. Provide constructive feedback and coaching to team members to improve their performance and skill sets. Assist in the onboarding of new sales associates. Customer Service & Operations Manage inventory, product displays, and store cleanliness. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally. Ensure excellent customer service is consistently provided to all customers. Oversee visual merchandising standards to ensure an appealing store environment. Implement company policies and procedures during shifts. Administrative & Reporting Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports as required. Ensure accurate data entry for all sales and customer transaction About You Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or equivalent experience in retail or customer service. At least 1-3 years of relevant working experience in a retail sales or customer service role, with some supervisory experience preferred. Proven ability to assist in achieving sales targets. Strong customer service skills with an ability to resolve customer inquiries effectively. Good verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work effectively within a team environment. Proficiency in using point-of-sales systems and basic computer applications. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
