- Coordinate communication among Retail Sales, RIT, Petron Miles Call Center, Card Accounting, Dealers, and Vendors regarding Loyalty matters.
- Handle and resolve issues with the P-Miles Call Centre.
- Serve as the primary contact for Loyalty-related Vendors.
- Organize regular meetings to address operational issues and updates with key parties (weekly/monthly catch-up sessions).
- Conduct training sessions to brief analysts on Loyalty program processes.
- Lead efforts to improve and streamline Loyalty Operations processes.
- Provide support for the rollout of Loyalty projects.
- Oversee the accuracy of Points Balance Review.
- Manage the Annual Base Points Expiry process.
- Act as the main point of contact for the Mobile App.
- Manage the issuance and tracking of Loyalty Cards.
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Operations Management or related
- Minimum 4 years’ related experience
- Proficient in both English and Malay
- Demonstrated ability to utilize analytical tools such as Excel and Access
- Strong aptitude for working collaboratively within a team, fostering teamwork, and providing coaching
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Good and persuasive verbal and written communication skills
- Organized and able to multi-task efficiently
- Experienced in building relationship and resolving conflicts with vendors and customers
