This role involves coordinating communication between various departments, retailers, vendors, and the Petron Miles Call Center. The Loyalty Operations Coordinator will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our loyalty program, addressing operational issues, and supporting process improvements.Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate communication among Retail Sales, RIT, Petron Miles Call Center, Card Accounting, Dealers, and Vendors regarding Loyalty matters.
  • Handle and resolve issues with the P-Miles Call Centre.
  • Serve as the primary contact for Loyalty-related Vendors.
  • Organize regular meetings to address operational issues and updates with key parties (weekly/monthly catch-up sessions).
  • Conduct training sessions to brief analysts on Loyalty program processes.
  • Lead efforts to improve and streamline Loyalty Operations processes.
  • Provide support for the rollout of Loyalty projects.
  • Oversee the accuracy of Points Balance Review.
  • Manage the Annual Base Points Expiry process.
  • Act as the main point of contact for the Mobile App.
  • Manage the issuance and tracking of Loyalty Cards.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Operations Management or related
  • Minimum 4 years’ related experience
  • Proficient in both English and Malay
  • Demonstrated ability to utilize analytical tools such as Excel and Access
  • Strong aptitude for working collaboratively within a team, fostering teamwork, and providing coaching
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Good and persuasive verbal and written communication skills
  • Organized and able to multi-task efficiently
  • Experienced in building relationship and resolving conflicts with vendors and customers
