- Analyse requirements and work with vendors, systems owners, architecture team, and program team to design solutions to fulfil the business requirements.
- Work with technical vendors to learn new solution features and provide feedback to improves feature sets.
- Conduct and facilitate discussions with business users and technical stakeholders to gather and clarify user requirements, business processes and operation pain points.
- Drive design of customer journeys within what is technically feasible.
- Manage documentation of the business requirements/Prepare functional specification to support the proposed solutions.
- Work closely with vendor's development team to configure a solution platform to support business requirements.
- Work with business users/tester to document and prepare test cases.
- Facilitate and support system integration and user acceptance test sessions.
- Work with business, tech, security and enterprise architect to evaluate systems and vendors during RFP (request for proposal), new system onboarding, and new vendor onboarding.
- Bachelors degree in any relevant field of study.
- With domain knowledge of Life Insurance Industry
- 3 years of experience in delivery of technical solutions.
- Familiar with launching digital products and back office technology (e.g. Life Asia)
- Experience in system analysis and design.
- Experience in Agile Development Methodology such as Scrum or Kanban.
- Experience in working with stakeholders to produce wire frames / mock-up / prototype for early-stage user testing and refinement of the user requirements.
- Strong in stakeholder management with ability to communicate with middle and senior management team, internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong understanding and belief that technology can drive business outcomes.
