  • Minimum 1-3 years of purchasing or procurement experience (fresh graduates with internship experience will be considered).
  • Knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques.
  • Good negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
  • Able to work independently and in a team.
  • Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an advantage.
Tanggungjawab
  • Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers for the best price, quality, and delivery terms.
  • Issue purchase orders and follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
  • Maintain and update the Approved Vendor List and supplier database.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse/production team for replenishment needs.
  • Review and verify purchase requisitions from various departments.
  • Ensure all purchasing activities comply with company policies and relevant regulations.
  • Prepare and maintain purchasing records, reports, and price lists.
  • Resolve any issues regarding defective goods, delayed deliveries, or pricing discrepancies.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers.
  • Support cost reduction and efficiency improvement initiatives.
