- To handle all administrative task such as paperwork, filing, office needs and etc
- Organize and schedule appointments.
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients.
- Liase with sales person and customer to ensure smooth operation
- To assist walk-in customers (Any product sold will be entitled for commission)
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
- Possess at least Diploma in Business Administration or relevant field
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines.
- Excel in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
- Good time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
