Responsibilities:
  • To handle all administrative task such as paperwork, filing, office needs and etc
  • Organize and schedule appointments.
  • Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients.
  • Liase with sales person and customer to ensure smooth operation
  • To assist walk-in customers (Any product sold will be entitled for commission)
Requirements:
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
  • Possess at least Diploma in Business Administration or relevant field
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
  • Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines.
  • Excel in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
  • Good time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
