Job Description: Responsible for fraudulent Transaction Monitoring System. Proactively identify fraud trends that may impact business goals and targets. Research internal and external data to identify risky behaviors and create strategies to minimize fraud. Investigate fraudulent activity, dig through data to identify behavioral patterns. Complete ongoing risk assessment and assess coverage and gaps along with loss trends. Manage multiple teams of fraud agents to identify fraud, take action and review performance of individual members. Propose new features on Shopee that can deter or prevent further fraud, and conduct necessary research and data simulations. Report periodically to management in a clear and concise manner. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or higher in related fields. At least 2-3 years working experience, focused on team management and / or analytics. High level of data literacy, strong analytical & investigative skills and critical thinking are required. Problem-solving, positive and constructive attitude. Highly adaptive, willing to accept new challenges if needed. Ability to work cross-functionally to drive results across the organization. Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken, and the ability to communicate insights from data to business units. Experience in E-commerce is a plus. Experience in SQL or Python is a plus.
