Over 300 retailers are spread across 4 levels creating the ultimate destination of choice for shopping, dining, entertainment and park life in the area.If you are looking for an exciting role that works closely with a dynamic team and offers growth opportunities, this is the role for you.Customer Service Assistant is responsible for attending to inquiries/feedback/requests/complaints from shoppers and tenants tactfully and in a timely manner. Your role includes but not limited to:Communication with shoppers and tenants in person or via phone call.Ensuring all customer facilities such as strollers and wheelchairs are in good working condition and maintained at high standard of cleanlinessConducting internal daily floor checks including tenant opening and closing hour.Taxi queue monitoring to ensuring compliance to the mall rules and regulations.Attending to emergencies and responding according to the center Standard Operating ProcedureConcierge desk administration dutiesWork closely with other departments to ensure smooth daily operations of the mallAssist in mall marketing events and campaigns such as handling gift redemption, lucky draws, contest forms etc.Essential to this role is experience in customer service with an approachable and friendly demeanour. Excellent proficiency in English is a must have skill for this role.
