We seek an experienced SAP AMS Lead/Manager to oversee our SAP Application Management Services within our shared services model. This role focuses on ensuring stable, high-performing SAP systems (ECC/S/4HANA) and supporting business operations. Responsibilities: Manage daily SAP AMS operations, including incident, problem, change, and release management. Lead and mentor a team of SAP support analysts. Act as a primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams. Ensure adherence to SLAs, ITIL processes, and internal governance. Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives for SAP support. Oversee vendor management for outsourced SAP services. Qualifications: Proven experience in SAP AMS leadership within a shared service environment. Strong understanding of SAP modules (FI, CO, SD, MM, PP, PM, HR) and integration. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. Ability to drive operational efficiency and service excellence. ITIL certification desirable.
