Overview The Site IT Specialist will be responsible for managing and supporting IT operations for the Malaysia site. This role ensures the smooth functioning of IT services. Key Responsibilities l End-User Support l Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues. l Provide second-line, in-person support for end users if necessary. l Upgrade client antivirus software and security patches. l Troubleshoot client PC hardware issues. l Troubleshoot client application software issues. l Maintain printers and scanners. l Maintain other peripheral devices. l Perform system upgrades for client PCs and laptops. l Handle user calls, keep proper call records, and, within the scope of the client's authorization, resolve IT-related incidents, problems, and user complaints. Required Skills and Experience l Diploma or bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. l 2+ years of experience in IT support or a similar role. l Knowledge of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks. l Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. l Strong communication skills in both English and Malay. l Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and collaborate as part of a team. l Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously under pressure.
