As a Collections Executive, you will play a vital role in managing debt-related conversations with customers, formulating repayment strategies, and ensuring timely settlements of outstanding balances.Job Responsibilities:

Engage in debt-related conversations with customers and develop customized repayment strategies.
Manage customers' repayment obligations through outbound collections and recovery calls.
Achieve/exceed assigned targets while adhering to collections methodologies and regulatory policies.
Act as the focal point for customer inquiries regarding overdue accounts.

Job Requirements:

Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
Experience in collections or call center background is advantageous.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
Excellent problem-solving skills and composure under pressure.
Proficiency in written and verbal communication in English and Malay. Fluency in Mandarin is a plus.

Working Arrangements:

Normal shift on weekdays (9.30 am - 6.30 pm)
Weekend work may be required based on peak days, subject to management discretion.
