§ Based in Kuala Terengganu, areas of coverage , Kelantan, Terengganu, Pahang, Johor. Company car will be provided.§ Searching for new clients / expand existing client base, who could benefit from your products in a designated region§ Identifies current and future customer service requirements by establishing personal rapport with potential, and actual customers and other persons in a position to understand service requirements§ Persuading clients that a product or service will best satisfy their needs,o by explaining or demonstrating cost reductions and operations improvements.o by positioning our products as the best solutions for prospective clients§ Calculating client quotations§ Negotiating tenders and contracts terms§ Offering after-sales support services§ Preparing Sales reports , by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales information and engineering and application trends.· Identifying areas to improve customer satisfaction and repeat business§ Set and achieve sales goals and quotas on a quarterly basis§ Followup on payments collection from customers§ Manage all on-site installation, repair, maintenance works including planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance§ responding to breakdowns, diagnosing faults, repairing equipment.§ supervising engineering and technical staff.§ Work independently with little supervision & able to manage service/Maintenance calls that require more time than anticipated without becoming frustrated or rushing through a job§ playing an active role in helping the organization set up and execute preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance, or any other preferred maintenance programother supporting jobs funtions· Makes continuous improvement through investigation and recommendations to Manager.· Other duties and responsibilities related to the nature of the job may be assigned on a temporary or permanent basis as needed
