- This position will based in Johor or Malacca.
- Degree or Diploma in any discipline and those with extensive experience in related field. SPM / STPM holder with extensive working furniture experience in the related field.
- Must be well verse in the bedding / furniture industry in the Southern arears of Melaka & Johor with proven sales record in sales and business networking.
- Strive to achieve Sales Target.

- Computer literate on spreadsheet and word processing application
- Possess a valid Driving License
- Responsible for the sales target of the areas assigned (Johor & Malacca).
- Formulate and implement the sales strategy in the assigned arears derived from the marketing strategy of the Company in order to achieve Company's Sales target and objectives.
- Responsible to formulate and prepare any sales promotions & activities (i.e. costing analysis (ROI) and promotion mechanics/ POSM merchandise/ proper products display in the outlets.
- Gather market intelligence information and competitors' activities and pricing strategy.
- Assist in develop business plans and sales strategies and ensure attainment of company goals, profitability and expectations.
- Maintain contact and good rapport with all dealers in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes.
- To maximize profitable volume growth, market share as well as aggressively target and develop new distribution channels in the assigned market.
- To ensure all CNs & documents (i.e. statement, tax invoice) related to dealers are up to date.
- To protect Company interest and ensure profitability of the Company.
