• Reporting to: Factory Head
• Location: Johor

• Oversee internal and contracted maintenance teams for equipment, facilities, utilities, and wastewater treatment. Manage budgets and ensure safe, efficient operations.
• Implement best practices in preventive maintenance, improve energy efficiency, and reduce operating costs. Manage spare parts inventory and source local suppliers.
• Analyze data, identify problems, and recommend solutions to optimize plant operations and maintenance processes.
• Manage engineering projects, contribute to new product development, and collaborate with a future QEHS team to ensure compliance with regulations and safety standards.
• Lead, coach, and mentor subordinates, providing daily support and fostering their competency through troubleshooting and ongoing training..

• Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering (or related field).
• 5+ years of maintenance management experience in the foodstuff manufacturing industry.
• In-depth knowledge of oleo-chemical-food plant maintenance, proven experience with ammonia-based cooling systems, and Boilerman 1 grade certification.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, results-oriented, proactive, and highly motivated.
