You are a visual storyteller at heart, with a keen eye for cinematic detail and contemporary editing styles. You will be instrumental in translating creative briefs and client objectives into compelling visual narratives, owning the production process from the initial shot to the final cut. You are a collaborative, hands-on creator who thrives on executing ideas with technical precision and creative flair. What You&aposll Do: Conceptualisation & Pre-Production: Collaborate with the creative team to develop storyboards and shot lists, plan production logistics, and prepare camera, lighting, and audio equipment for shoots. Filming & Production: Execute on-site and in-studio video shoots, managing all aspects of filming, including camera operation, lighting setup, and sound recording to capture high-quality footage. Editing & Post-Production: Transform raw footage into polished, engaging video content. This includes editing, colour grading, sound mixing, adding motion graphics, and formatting videos for various platforms (social media, websites, presentations). Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (creative, social media, strategy) to ensure video content aligns with campaign goals and brand identity, and incorporate feedback effectively. Media & Asset Management: Organise and maintain the agency&aposs library of video footage, project files, and digital assets, ensuring a streamlined and efficient workflow. Technical & Creative Development: Stay at the forefront of video production techniques, equipment advancements, and post-production trends, bringing fresh ideas and innovative approaches to the team. What You&aposll Bring: 2-3 years of experience in a professional videography and editing role, preferably within a creative or digital agency. A strong portfolio or showreel that demonstrates your skills in both filming and editing across a range of project types. Proficiency with professional camera equipment, lighting, and audio recording gear. Expert-level knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Premiere Pro and After Effects. A strong understanding of visual storytelling, composition, pacing, and colour theory. A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with impeccable attention to detail. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic agency environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. A genuine passion for filmmaking, visual storytelling, and pushing creative boundaries.
