- Provide 24x7 IT Services Operation and Infrastructure (Level 1) support.
- Coordinate IT Infrastructure Problem Management and escalation.
- Coordinate with Global team to perform site testing and buyoff.
- Manage site IT Infrastructure hardware and software deployment and configuration.
- Provide technical support to critical users.
- Provide site mobile communication support to corporate and remote users.
- Carry out assigned task to ensure the quality of product, and prevent environmental pollution, workplace incidents, injury, and ill health.
- Participate in related risk assessment activities e.g. BPM, HIRADC, ERA, RA, BIA, BCP
- First level IT support for MFG (4 Shift) covering all IT areas such as MFG IT hardware and software support, Office/Deskside support, Network/Telecom support, and Data Center operations support.
- Responsible for nightshift/Weekend/PH IT-helpdesk support
- To assist daily IT operations support.
- To assist on network/telecom/server related project/assignment/task.
- Ensure SOX compliance, security control, standardization, documentation, planning and delivery.
- Assist IT engineers on project implementation, assignment, system troubleshooting, testing and maintenance activities.
- Application performance monitoring and feedback on any improvement plan.
- At least 1-2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Working experience in Multinational Manufacturing Company (MNC) will be an added advantage.
- Possess good command in English.
- Good interpersonal skills with pleasant personality.
- Knowledge in computer hardware maintenance, troubleshooting skills and handling helpdesk operations.
