We are actively recruiting for a client based in Kuala Lumpur, main contractor for FEED, detailed design, and other related scope for offshore projects, EPCIC for Topsides, Jackets and FPSO for greenfield offshore project. The scope of work is to perform engineering design, basic, detailed engineering and perform structural analysis for offshore structures and other task, related to EPCIC, for topsides and jackets. Working with multi discipline team and prepare engineering deliverables as per client specifications, and industry standards. Task and Responsibilities: Perform conceptual, FEED, Studies, and detailed analyses and design as per design basis, project specifications, design codes and standards, Discipline engineering design basis, philosophies, and technical specifications, as required Prepare clear and accurate detailed design calculations and structural analyses including design reports and procedures Analyze structures for in-service conditions such as static, fatigue, earthquakes, etc. Analyze structures for pre-service conditions such as lift analyses, loadout analyses, and transportation and tiedowns analyses Perform detailed engineering and design calculations including analysis of offshore structures Interface with all disciplines to develop clash free designs Interface with other departments to obtain input for Discipline designs and drawings Prepare / review design analyses, calculations and procedures for discipline deliverables such as per client specifications. Review all detailed drawings ensuring technical correctness, professional presentation and that fabrication requirement are satisfied Maintain close co-ordination with other engineering disciplines, Procurement, Planning, Fabrication, Marine, and Project Management Team, as required Document substantive communications (communications that result in significant decisions or assignment of actions) and forward copies to Discipline Lead Engineer and Discipline Manager Participate in internal, Customer and third party technical audits on engineering deliverables and vendor documents Provide guidance on preparing structural general arrangements, basic schemes for fabrication and installation SACS software experience. Requirements:- Min 8 to 10 years' experience in the oil and gas industry, has any of the following experiences in EPCC, Design/FEED, Detailed Engineering, perform analysis for offshore structures, Topsides/Jackets, experience in SACS. Structural analysis Bachelors Degree or Masters equivalent
