Responsibilities: Generate creative ideas and concepts, and translate them into visually appealing designs, including but not limited to digital and print materials such as brochures, banners, social media graphics and website assets Work closely with marketing and other team members to understand project requirements and deliver designs that align with marketing strategies and objectives Take ownership of design projects from concept to final execution. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and ensure the quality and consistency of all deliverables Establish creative direction for the client company within brand guidelines Implement feedback and changes whenever possible Overtime may be necessary to handle emergencies, heavy workloads, or other issues Liaise with clients and different lines of service within the firm regarding designs/campaign collaterals Assists with clients and different lines of service within the firm regarding designs/campaign collaterals Assists the team with management of client accounts and projects Quality Control (QC) and ensure artwork adheres to specifications before output Requirements: Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Art Design Creative Multimedia Advertising 5-6 years of professional graphic design experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of design projects Proficiency in programs such as Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop and Illustrator. Familiarity with Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effect preferred Computer fluency in Mac Mac literate (English and Chinese word processing) Time management, organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Proactive in keeping skills up-to-date and drive self-improvement Prioritization of different workloads, keen eye for design, attention to detail, resilience and ability to work under pressure Familiarity with web design and digital marketing trends is a plus Experience in motion graphics or video editing is a bonus
