About the Role : We are seeking a skilled NLP Engineer to design and implement state-of-the-art NLP models. This role involves working with cutting-edge technologies and collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate NLP capabilities into real-world applications. Responsibilities : Design and implement state-of-the-art NLP models for tasks such as named entity recognition (NER), sentiment analysis, text classification, summarization, and question answering. Develop and optimize large-scale language models (e.g., BERT, RoBERTa, GPT, T5, LLaMA) for production use. Fine-tune transformer models on domain-specific corpora and integrate them into end-user applications. Build NLP pipelines for data preprocessing, tokenization, parsing, entity resolution, and semantic analysis. Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, and product teams to integrate NLP capabilities into real-world systems (e.g., chatbots, search engines, content moderation). Evaluate model performance using appropriate metrics (e.g., BLEU, ROUGE, F1-score) and conduct error analysis. Stay current with the latest research in NLP, deep learning, and language generation, and apply relevant advancements to projects. Qualifications : Minimum Degree in Computer Science Minimum 5 years' experience. Required Skills : Proficiency in NLP techniques and frameworks. Experience with large-scale language models. Strong programming skills in Python or similar languages. Preferred Skills : Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
