Safety Officer

• Oversee and inspect workshop safety and 6S (5S + Safety) management work.
• Monitor the safety and operational status of safety and environmental protection facilities in the workshop and factory.
• Establish and improve the company's safety and environmental protection goals and management regulations.
• Maintain and ensure the integrity of the company's safety system documents and related records.
• Organize regular safety training sessions for employees.
• Manage special equipment safety and operator certification processes.
• Coordinate and respond to government safety and environmental inspections, ensuring corrective actions are implemented.
• Conduct the annual safety assessment.

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Certification in Workplace Safety (e.g., OSHA, NEBOSH, DOSH Malaysia certification) is preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in safety management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Knowledge of Malaysia safety and environmental regulations.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and training abilities.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and coordinate with government agencies.
