The ideal candidate will have experience in managing a project from start to finish. This candidate will be able to create a plan of action which will consider a fixed timeline and evaluate risks. This individual should also have experience managing people and be an effective communicator. Responsibilities Direct and oversee completion of project, manage construction, procurement and commissioning activities and coordinate with engineering design team and design institutes. Coordinate with post operations activities, commissioning and planning with operations director. Develop and implement mitigation plans for off-schedule/budget/deliverables, unanticipated occurrences and risks. Develop plan of action including schedule, resources and work plan, track project's scope, schedule and costs for changes. Prepare change requests for any deviation and lead the approval process. Assess risks and establish contingency plans, manage the projects according to company's operating model safely in compliance with agreed project scope, schedule, cost and quality. Ensure that project execution shall fulfill requirements of law and authorities and that all required permits have been granted. Maintain awareness of safety and environmental requirements. Manage work and inputs from variety of stakeholders Qualifications Bachelor's degree or Masters or equivalent. Minimum 12 years industrial related project management experience, with experience in all the different project phases but specifically in the definition and execution phases. Demonstrated ability to deliver a completed project Strong communication skills, and possesses a general understanding of contract administration, business principles and business law. Project scheduling skills by utilizing Project Management Software. Experience working with a team, and ability to speak mandarin is advantageous.
