We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead the acquisition efforts for our Emerging Business Banking segment. This role is responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to drive the acquisition of new business accounts, leveraging data-driven insights, digital channels, and performance marketing techniques. Responsibilities: Strategy & Planning Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to acquire new SME customers. Collaborate with product, sales, and analytics teams to align marketing efforts with business goals. Campaign Management Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns (search, display, social, programmatic, email, etc.). Manage end-to-end campaign digital marketing campaign for both account and loan including creative briefing, media planning, execution, and reporting. Performance & Analytics Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Adobe Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc. Optimize campaigns based on KPIs such as cost per acquisition (CPA), conversion rate, and ROI. Content & Messaging Work with internal and external creative teams to develop compelling content tailored to business banking audiences. Ensure messaging is consistent with brand voice and resonates with SME and corporate clients. Stakeholder Management Liaise with internal stakeholders including product, compliance, legal, and IT to ensure smooth campaign execution. Manage relationships with digital agencies and media partners. Innovation & Trends Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices. Test and adopt new channels and technologies to improve acquisition performance. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in financial services or B2B sectors. Proven track record in running successful acquisition campaigns. Strong knowledge of digital platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, programmatic).
