Join a leading industrial and manufacturing team as a Korean Speaking Sales Operation professional. This permanent role based in Penang requires strong communication skills and the ability to support procurement and supply chain processes effectively.

Collaborates with cross-functional and international teams (Sales, Finance, Manufacturing, Business Operations etc) to provide accurate forecasts, manage shipments, and ensure on-time delivery aligned with company goals.
Develops and maintains strong relationships with overseas teams, reviews commercial deals, and supports new business opportunities by assessing their impact on forecasts.
Leads configuration reviews and purchase order compliance, handles shipment logistics, and addresses post-delivery issues with root cause analysis and mitigation plans.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
Must be fluent in both Korean and English (spoken and written), as the role involves regular communication with Korean stakeholders.
Minimum of 6 years in the technology industry, with a strong background in Sales Operations or Supply Chain Management.
Prior experience in the semiconductor or manufacturing sector is highly preferred.
Candidates with prior work experience in Korea will have a significant advantage.
