- 1-4 years of experience in marketing support or campaign coordination.
- Familiar with marketing automation tools, including setup and execution support.
- Experience leveraging automation features and AI tools for campaign efficiency is preferred.
- Strong in Google Sheets, basic Meta Ads Manager handling, and digital tools.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive, “get-things-done” mindset.
- Able to work across multiple timelines and manage mini-projects independently.
- Good communicator, willing to learn and adapt to tech tools and systems.
- Fast learner with potential to grow into Marketing Project / Campaign Manager.
- Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in IT, Marketing, New Media, Business, or related fields.
- Familiar with Meta Ads Manager, lead forms, CRM sheets, or Zapier (basic), Automatic Sales.
- Strong organizational and documentation habits.
- Intermediate Excel / Google Sheets skills.
- Bilingual preferred (Mandarin & English).
- Bonus: Trello, Meta Pixel tracking understanding.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, lead form setup, and campaign launching.
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Sheets, Trello, Notion, Zapier, Automatic Sales, or basic CRM systems.
- Prior experience in supporting content scheduling, ad setup, landing page testing, automation setup, or CRM system setup.
- Worked in a fast-paced marketing, e-commerce, or agency environment.
- Exposure to digital funnel workflows or automation processes is a plus.
- Proven ability to handle multi-tasking and cross-team coordination.
- Strong attention to detail, with a track record of minimizing errors in ad or form setups.
- Language proficiency - Mandarin and English (written and spoken).
- Assist in coordinating digital campaign timelines, content schedules, and lead form execution.
- Set up ads, forms, and automations across platforms (e.g., Meta Ads Manager, Google Forms, Zapier).
- Maintain and organize marketing folders, reports, and tracking sheets.
- Support funnel launches: test lead flow, links, forms, and page accuracy.
- Liaise across departments (Design, Sales, CS) to ensure smooth execution.
- Prepare weekly reports, dashboards, and performance summaries.
- Ensure process accuracy (naming convention, folder hierarchy, form submissions).
