Job description Position Title: Business Development Associate Key Responsibilities include (not limited to): Introduce new potential introducing brokers (IBs) to the company and meet the sales target. Proactively source and secure potential clients throughout Asia. Conduct meeting with potential Introducing brokers (IBs). Update task activities in the CRM system. Escalate issues highlighted by IBs and provide resolutions accordingly. Provide daily update via reporting tools. Increase sales by guiding Introducing brokers (IBs) through follow ups, coaching and IB development programs. Working closely with account manager and operation team. Experience & Skills: Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Finance or equivalent. At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Strong knowledge about FX, CFD's, and other financial instrument. Strong knowledge and experience in introducing broker business. Good computer literacy (MS Office) Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia is a must. Job Type: Full-time
