-Penetrate markets in Southeast Asia, Japan and South Korea. Develop new business for the company’s growth by attracting potential customers.
-Establish and maintain good customer relationships with major customers and resources, to promote the company's business
-Responsible for formulating annual, quarterly and monthly plans for market expansion, achievable goals and plans, and actively completing KPIs;
-Responsible for business development and cooperation. Establishing good business cooperation relationships with customers and other channels. Analyze promotion data, and adjust promotion strategies according to targeted customers to improve customer satisfaction
-Integrate the company's internal resources to seek cooperation opportunities and acquire external market resources according to the company's development needs,
-Complete business expansion, communication, negotiation, and formulate plans.
-Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Business, with 3-5 years relevant working experience;
-At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
-Preferably Manager specialized in selling BPO for banking (Fintech) or IT/Computer – Software companies or insurance.
-Preferably candidates with fast learning ability, sales negotiation skills, and critical thinking; and
– Having a strong client database or pipeline. Must willing to travel a lot.
-Strong interpersonal communication and data analysis skills;
-Must able to read, write and speak in Mandarin, English, and Malaysia.
-Business travel required. Familiar with Southeast Asia, Japan and South Korea market is preferred, and preferably candidates with existing clients in those countries;
