
Human Resource Internship July Intake (Contract 3-6 months)

- Assisting with recruitment and onboarding processes, including screening applications, scheduling interviews, and coordinating the onboarding of new hires.
- Providing support in maintaining employee records, processing payroll, and administering benefits.
- Participating in the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and initiatives.
- Conducting research and analysis to identify opportunities for improving HR processes and employee engagement.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address HR-related inquiries and concerns.
- Providing administrative support to the HR team as needed.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with people at all levels
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Passion for HR and a desire to gain practical experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with HR best practices and a keen interest in learning about the HR function
