Lead the setup of a new operations team in Malaysia, including hiring, training, and onboarding.
Foster a positive and collaborative team culture, ensuring alignment with company values.
Work closely with the headquarters team to understand and implement operational processes and standards.
Ensure compliance with requirements and regulations.
Analyze current operations workflows and identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency.
Implement strategies to optimize processes, enhance productivity, and meet performance metrics.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including cross-functional teams and external partners.
Communicate regularly with the headquarters team to provide updates on team progress and challenges.
Work with development teams to refine and improve CI/CD and Automated Deployment processes, including migrating legacy applications to automated deployment frameworks.
Own the governance framework for Automation Team processes.
Define and maintain the O&S Automation/DevOps roadmap

Skills/ Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in operations management, with a focus on team setup and workflow optimization.
