- Lead the setup of a new operations team in Malaysia, including hiring, training, and onboarding.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team culture, ensuring alignment with company values.
- Work closely with the headquarters team to understand and implement operational processes and standards.
- Ensure compliance with requirements and regulations.
- Analyze current operations workflows and identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency.
- Implement strategies to optimize processes, enhance productivity, and meet performance metrics.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Communicate regularly with the headquarters team to provide updates on team progress and challenges.
- Work with development teams to refine and improve CI/CD and Automated Deployment processes, including migrating legacy applications to automated deployment frameworks.
- Own the governance framework for Automation Team processes.
- Define and maintain the O&S Automation/DevOps roadmap
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in operations management, with a focus on team setup and workflow optimization.
