Job Summary: They are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR & Admin TL/Supervisor to join their team in Malaysia, responsible for overseeing all HR processes, visa and work permit management, employee relations, and providing support to Talent Acquisition (TA) and Administration teams as needed. Job Description Manage end-to-end work permit and visa application processes. Prepare and maintain Visa and HR-related reports. Handle employee engagement activities and address employee concerns. Endorse 201 files to Timekeeping and ensure timely upload to MHUB. Regularly update and maintain employee records in MHUB. Provide assistance in HR-related activities, programs, and planning. Facilitate onboarding, including New Hire Orientation (NHO). Manage end-to-end onboarding processes. Manage end-to-end offboarding processes. Coordinate with clinics for pre-employment medical checks. Support TA team during interviews for local employees, if required. Assist in the implementation of disciplinary actions when necessary. Coordinate and work together with admin for any support needed. Requirements Bachelor's degree holder (preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field). 2-5 years of relevant work experience. Strong knowledge of HR processes and familiarity with Malaysian employment laws and regulations. Proficient in MS Office applications. Must have strong communication skills in English, and Mandarin is a plus. Strong attention to detail with effective organizational skills. Demonstrated people management and interpersonal skills.
