- Analyze the current structure and user flow of the Quality GSite and propose enhancements to improve usability, accessibility, and engagement.
- Redesign and optimize content layout, navigation, and searchability for improved user experience.
- Integrate digital tools, visuals, or automation features to increase interactivity and usefulness of the site.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather user feedback and understand common user needs and challenges.
- Maintain and update the GSite content regularly, ensuring all documents and links are current and relevant.
- Assist in promoting the GSite across the affiliate through internal communications and training support.
- Support general QMS tasks such as document control, CAPA follow-up, audit support, and records management.
- Strong interest in quality management and continuous improvement.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Experience in website structure, digital content creation, or workflow automation.
- Strong verbal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
