Develop and maintain strong and long-lasting relationships with clients’ HR teams, senior managers, and other key stakeholders.
Ensure successful and timely delivery of products/services to customers according to their specifications.
Conduct regular business review meetings and product knowledge training to ensure operation excellence and customer experience.
Work with financial advisor representatives on prospects insurance restructuring.
Assist in servicing related matters for existing and new Employee Benefits(EB) clients.
Identify and analyse selected market segments for various group products.
Meeting employee targets in a timely manner.
Ensure BNM regulations and compliance requirements are met.

RequirementsWHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU:

Bachelor’s degree and minimum 3 years of working experience within the Malaysian insurance industry doing business development, brokering, managing sales and client interaction
Have interest in using technology to build unique propositions for the Malaysian market, and improve insurance process efficiencies
Self-motivated and able to work with minimum supervision
Entrepreneurial, engaging and collaborative mindset
