Create and adapt visuals based on briefs, ensuring alignment with project requirements and a strong understanding of the brand guidelines. . Apply and maintain the brand's visual identity across all creative work. . Work closely with marketing, branding, and other teams from concept to final delivery. . Keep up with design trends and audience preferences to keep visuals fresh and relevant. . Turn creative briefs into clear, engaging visual stories for the target audience. Requirements: . 3-5 years of experience in graphic, advertising, or multimedia design. . Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) basic HTML knowledge is a plus. . Good understanding of design basics like typography, layout, color, and visual direction familiar with social media and digital ads. . Experience in motion graphics, photography, or video production is an advantage. . Able to work independently, meet tight deadlines, and handle a fast-paced environment. . Strong communication skills and a collaborative team player. . Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work. . Positive attitude and good personality.
