- Oversee 3PL providers and freight vendors to ensure smooth logistics, warehousing, and transportation operations.
- Handle contract negotiations, vendor performance monitoring, and maintain strong supplier relationships.
- Conduct periodic stocktakes to ensure inventory accuracy and compliance.
- Implement risk management and contingency plans to address supply chain disruptions.
- Ensure compliance with customs, HS codes, taxes, and local/international trade regulations.
- Monitor shipments and delivery orders to meet SOP and turnaround targets, driving continuous improvements.
- Control logistics costs, analyze variances, and ensure budget compliance.
- Prepare reports, conduct cost audits, and ensure documentation accuracy for audits and compliance.
- Manage product write-offs and disposals in line with policies, maintaining full audit trails.
- Supervise demo unit management, ensuring proper documentation, utilization, storage control, and compliance with policies.
- Able to adapt to fast-changing environments influenced by technology, regulations, and customer demands.
- Ensure efficient, compliant global goods movement while managing trade dynamics, sustainability, and customer expectations.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for clear communication, expectation alignment, and timely updates.
- Manage inventory control, trade compliance, budget, expense reporting, and end-to-end logistics operations.
- Strong adaptability, cross-functional teamwork, and knowledge of supply chain innovations to maintain competitiveness.
- 3-5 years' experience in supply chain management.
- Strong analytical and presentation skills, with proven ability in data analysis to support decision-making.
- Hands-on experience in customs processes, import/export declarations, duty/tax assessment, and multimodal shipments.
- Knowledge of trade regulations, HS codes, duties, taxes, and compliance policies.
- SAP knowledge (SD and MM modules) is an added advantage.
- Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, Economics, International Trade, or related field.
- Professional certifications in import/export procedures, customs clearance, trade terms, tax exemptions, and warehousing are an advantage.
