This role is fully on-site in the Malaysia office based in Kedah.
Reports directly to the Head of Sales, Marketing & Communication who is based in Germany.
Works alongside a team of 4 from the Communications team.Benefits include: Fixed allowance, Medical coverage, Family insurance, Education subsidies, Annual Leaves, and more.
  • Develop and Implement Public Relations & Communication Strategies: Create and execute strategic plans to enhance the company's reputation and visibility. This includes website updates, media outreach, press releases, event coverage, etc.
  • Content Creation: Write compelling long form (blogs, press releases, articles, etc) and short form (social media copies) content to engage our target audience and drive brand awareness.
  • Internal Communication: Develop internal communication strategies to ensure consistent messaging across all channels. Keep employees informed about company news, initiatives, and achievements.
  • Event Coverage: Coordinate and participate in company events, including press conferences, product launches, and industry conferences. Collect photos, keynote presentations, and other relevant content to cover the event locally and internationally.
  • Cross team collaboration: Discuss and align with teams in Europe for seamless coordination and execution of projects, ensuring cohesive efforts and shared goals across the organization.
about you
  • You have at least 1-3 years of relevant working experiences writing long form content.
  • You have excellent speaking and writing skills in English. Ability to write in Chinese is highly advantageous.
  • Ability to travel (10-20%) locally & internationally for company events.
  • Based in Kedah, or willing to relocate.
