Digital Sales Executive (Fresh Graduate)

• Conduct outbound calls to interested clients for financing.
• Effectively follow up with prospects and communicate/update the manager/lead on the status.
• Conduct know-your-customer (KYC) check on the prospects.
• Compile and check company/business registration/relevant documents.
• Record/update internal systems for any financing application.
• Prepare financing agreements and relevant finance document.
• Attend to prospect's or client's complaints or inquiries.
• To perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned from time to time.

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, in any field.
• Have passion for sales.
• Meticulous and deliver task within agreed time frame.
• Able to work as a team and to work under pressure and extended hours, if required.
• Proficient in written and spoken English, Bahasa Malaysia.
• Other languages / dialect will be an advantage.
• Moderate knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
