About The Role We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Infor LN Technical Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and optimizing Infor LN ERP systems (preferably versions 10.5, or CloudSuite). In this role, you will work closely with internal users to understand their business requirements and translate them into effective and scalable technical solutions within the Infor LN environment. Experience with LN development tools (such as 4GL, DAL2), integrations via Infor ION, and customizations is highly desirable. Your key responsibilities will include but not limited to: Analyse business processes to identify areas where ERP systems can improve efficiency. Design, configure, and implement customized ERP solutions to meet business requirements. Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure they understand how to use the ERP system effectively. Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to ERP system users. Monitor and maintain the ERP system to ensure optimal performance. Collaborate with end users and other IT professionals to update and upgrade the ERP system. Document all aspects of the ERP system implementation process for future reference. Stay up-to-date with the latest ERP technology trends and advancements. Make recommendations for future upgrades or changes to the ERP system based on business needs and technology trends. About You To be successful in this role you will have: Educational Level: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field is required or equivalent experience is required Professional Experience and Skills: Infor LN Development Tools: 4GL (Fourth Generation Language) DAL2 (Data Access Layer) Tools for Report Design (BIRT, or LN Report Writer) Infor LN Application Experience: Strong understanding of key LN modules (e.g., Manufacturing, Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement) Experience customizing LN functionalities (tables, sessions, menus, forms) Knowledge of LN version(s) you&aposre using (e.g., BAAN, 10.5, or LN CE ) Language: Verbal and Written English and Mandarin What We Offer We care about ecology and are truly sustainable.
